 - નથી રે પીધાં અણજાણી

તમે તો શંકર એક જ વાર પીધું ઝેર,
મને તો સંસાર રોજ પીવડાવે છે ઝેર.

અહીં માણસો વચ્ચે નથી પુરાં થતાં વેર,
વેર માં જ એક દિવસ છુટશે મારા દેહ.

જીવતા જીવ નથી ખુલતા માણસના ભેદ,
તેનો તો મને જીંદગી માં રહ્યો છે મોટો ખેદ.

નફરતની આ દુનિયામાં માણસો છે કેદ,
અને હું આમ-તેમ ભટકું લઇને મારો પ્રેમ.

નાથ આવજો અહીં એક વાર બદલી ને વેશ,
આવી ને ચાખજો મારી સહનશક્તિ નું ઝેર.
